The research of the newly technology project is more and more reliant on EDA technology. Even the exploitation of the common product, EDA always makes some original technological bottlenecks be broken through easily, Thus make the exploitation cycle of the products greatly shortened, the ratio of performance to price improves by a wide margin. Self-evident, EDA technology becomes one of the important parts to Electronic design field rapidly.The computer emulation system of color TV circuit has gone out of one new way, it collect EDA technology, computer technology, network technology, household appliances抯 maintaining. Applying the emulation system to maintain teaching of the household appliances, we can say that means the guidance of modem teaching to the household appliances.This paper has introduced EDA technology's application in the computer emulation system of color TV circuit emphatically, summed up the function characteristic of OrCADIPspice software and several kinds of basic circuit characteristic analysis. It expounds the development of EDA teaching mode, drawback of traditional way, introduction of new mode and to some trains of thought of afterwards. The article has done the exhaustive introduction to each function module of the computer emulation system of color TV circuit too. It has pointed out several difficult points, concrete solution and result met in the course of studying. Certainly, because of Pspice limitation of itself, system has some problems that remain to solve. But I believe, with the swift and violent development of EDA technology, these limitations are sure to be broken through.
