| With the development of modern network & communication technology,the intercommunion between people is growing more frequent. So Video Conferencing System is becoming a research hotspotWe implement a system called IP Multicast Desktop Video Conferencing System based on Internet which uses TAPI and DCOM technology to provide good multi-point video & audio communication.lt also realizes the function of managing conference document.As an important part of the IP Multicast Desktop Video Conferencing System based on Internet,the IP Multicast Desktop Video Conferencing Document Management System could manage multimedia conference document generated by each conference and the information about the participant.This paper is composed of seven sections: In the first section ,we introduces the research status in this field> technical lines the structure of IP Multicast Desktop Video Conferencing System based on Internet and the main work that we had done in this paper;In the second section,the author discuss the key technologies such as DCOM,three-tier architecture,multimedia database,Active Template Library and ADO adopted in the Conferencing Document Managing System;In the third section,we introduce the three-tier structure and discuss how to design the IP Multicast Desktop Video Conferencing Document Management System based on Internet using it,thus we can greatly improve the system's developing efficiency,security function and expansibility;In the fourth section we discuss the principle of database design,database modeling and the detail of the talbe structure in the database;In the fifth section,we discuss how to design and develope the component in detail;In the sixth section we discuss the design and developing of user interface in detailjln the last section we sum up the job in the couse of system developing,discuss how to improve the system later and forecast the prospect of Conferencing Document Managing System. |
