With the rapid development of steel,calcium carbide,environmental protection and other industries,the amount of lime is continuously increasing,and the widespread application of calcium hydroxide in various fields has also increased the demand for lime.The lime industry is a high-energy-consuming and high-emission industry.In China,rotary lime kiln is the main equipment for producing lime,but it has problems such as high equipment quality,high energy consumption,and serious pollution.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the new energy-saving rotary kiln to reduce energy consumption and reduce harmful emissions.Compared with the traditional rotary kiln,the new three-leaf rotary kiln has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection.In this paper,the process of burning lime in the three-leaf rotary kiln is designed,and the key technologies in the production process control system are studied.The main content and results are as follows:(1)The process of calcining lime in the three-leaf lime kiln was designed,the structure and advantages of the three-leaf kiln were introduced,and the calcination process was theoretically calculated to determine the control requirements and process parameters.The distributed control system is used to implement centralized monitoring and decentralized control.The process control level uses Siemens 1200 series PLC as the controller.The process management level uses mainstream configuration software to configure the entire plant control equipment.Redundant industrial Ethernet can enhance the stability of the control system;(2)Program controllers at the process control level,including manual,automatic control of production line equipment,acquisition and conversion of process parameters,calculation of cumulative quantities,alarm procedures,etc.Complete the system configuration and communication settings of process management level,compile the process monitoring screen,data trend record and alarm information processing screen,and design the function program of automatic report generation and storage;(3)Aiming at the problem that the traditional control scheme is difficult to solve the non-linear and multi-coupling lime kiln system calcination temperature control problem,after studying the characteristics and learning algorithm of TS fuzzy neural network,a two-input two-output lime kiln fuzzy neural network model was designed.The correction control scheme can independently learn the control rules and control the optimal calcination temperature;(4)The production process information publishing system based on SSM framework is developed.The control system transfers the production data to the network database.The web server responds to the user's query request on the mobile terminal,returns the real-time data or historical data to the user.The user can query the trend and report record,and realizes the mobile publishing of the production process data.
