Based on current situation of water supply, this paper puts forward an energy-saving scheme of serial-level speed-adjusting control system. It describes the principle and characteristics of the systems, and then determines the design plan of computer-controlled two-loop system of water-pressure and speed-adjusting.The construction and principal of the two-loop control system is described in detail in this paper. Firstly, modular methods and computer-aid design are applied to optimize the hardware circuit. Secondly, many algorithms are adopted to improving its accuracy and robust in software programming, such as: self-adapting PID Algorithm, external-loop water-pressure fuzzy control algorithm, single-neuron PI current control algorithm, and so on. Thirdly, differential-phase control method is adopted to realize asymmetric control in main parts so as to improve the power factor of the system.Taking one-year operation result of a water supply plant as an example, this paper proves that a computer-based two-loop control system has good stability, high control accuracy, excellent anti-interference capability and great energy-saving efficiency. In a word, such a control system can be widely used to get well economic result. |
