With large population and the lack of resources from the general situation,the problem of energy restricts the development of national economy.To realize the continuous,rapid and healthy development,we must change the pattern of economy development. To change the extensive development to the intensive development must take the energy-saving as the long-term strategy of national economy development.lighting energy-consumption consumes main part in the whole consumption of energy. So the control of lighting energy-saving is very important.This dissertation describes the system of lighting energy-saving from the background,the sense of research,the choice of the scheme,the design of software and hardware of the system and the thought of fuzzy logic application in lighting energy-saving system.In the process of the choice of scheme,we analyses the type of lighting fixture in common use and take two representative electrical lamp-houses as examples to obtain the characteristic relation of voltage and lumination with adjusted voltage detecting lumination variety. The feasibility of variety lumination with adjusted voltage is demonstrated in this dissertation. The advantage and disadvantage of various normal lighting energy-saving schemes with variety lumination with asjusted voltage also is analysed in this dissertation.Then a new scheme of this typeof system--thyristor multi-level asjusted voltage based lumination asjustment isdesigned in this dissertation.The applicant about the lighting energy-saving system based on fuzzy logic theory also described in this dissertation.Then this dissertation describes the whole framework of the dimming energy-saving ,the hardware and the software design. The hardware system contains zero crossing detection circuit,thyristor adjust combinational circuit,voltage detection circuit and makes use of P89LPC935 as the core of the upper computer outside control circuit,makes use of 89S51 as the core of lower computer outside control circuit.Then this paper summarizes the whole design,and discusses some defects of the system.
