In the mine of our country, the sensors which detect aeration parameters are all differential pressure transducers. For the pressure change in the alley and gas piping is important to normal mine work and people's lives, so these transducers must be adjusted periodically to make sure of their normal work. The method of adjusting transducer on the ground is adopted today .But there are some problems such as inconvenience of installation and dismounting,low efficiency,error will appear again after the transducer has been adjusted on the ground. After studying the applications and development of pressure transducer adjusting equipment in home-market and overseas market, we provide with a new designing approach of portable pressure transducer field adjusting equipment, and develop it successfully. the designing proposal of the equipment is provided on the basis of designing requirement and criteria. The equipment uses SPEC061A as microcontroller, uses high precision pressure transducer to detect pressure, uses own-designed pressure adjusting component to adjust pressure, uses LCD screen to display operating process, and can communicated with PC through Ethernet. Firstly, the thesis introduces the design of every hardware module, include pressure transducer signal condition module design, pressure adjusting module design, LCD module design, keyboard module design, communication interface module design. The key and difficult is the technology of high precision detecting and the technology of high precision adjusting pressure. According to the technology of high precision detecting, we provide a new approach of raising the precision of low definition A/D converter. According to the technology of high precision adjusting pressure, we design pressure adjusting component ourselves, and introduce how to use fuzzy control theory to adjust pressure. Then, the thesis introduces how to design software in detail. The software is programmed with assemble language and C language, and adopts modularized programming methods. So that the software can execute efficiently and be easy to be maintained. the thesis introduce the design of management system software ,the PC software is used to communicate with the equipment and manage the operation result. the thesis puts emphasis on network programming and databaseprogramming.
