Uml-based Object-oriented Development Model Ubdm

Followed by the advance of software technology and great enhance of hardware efficiency, the size of application is increasing day by day. People need one method to enhance the software developing efficiency and its quality. Modeling method offers a common platform for developers. Software modeling is to describe the application of component by a set of symbols. By modeling the software, we can shorten the time needed and share more parts, t ML is a kind of standard modeling language, and it recommends a modeling process RUP. One apparent character of RUP is that it is a redundant and additional process. In fact, every circle of its process is a simplified waterfall model.The target of I ML is to be a platform of communication, and to push forward the sharing of software products. But RUP does not supply multi-project developing simultaneously. In order to support multi-project developing, there must be component libraries containing sufficient number of components. Under the support of component reusing framework and CASE tools, we can implement component based developing (CBD). Therefore, this article focused on how to modify RUP. so as to support multi-project developing, and change the developing mode into one CBD mode.This article focused on the characters of RUP. made research on component techniques and these libraries building and managing techniques, and raised one developing model called UBDM. We modify RUP by inserting one process in the model of RUP, and this process main task is to build and expand some component libraries. Due to this little change, developers are forced to develop their own component libraries. As valuable and reusable components are saved in libraries, support for reusing is given to different organize and projects. The building of library begins from domain analysis, combined with certain projects, valuable component were extracted and implemented, and then being added to component library. This simple change makes it possible for the sharing of excellent work done in ever} project.This article makes research on the component technique which makes it possible to support multi-project developing at the same time, and through the modification of model, demonstrated the advantages of using UBDM.
