Can Field Bus Control System And Its Applications In The Production Of Polyether

FCS (Field-bus Control System) ,with its digital, distributed, and open character, is replacing the traditional control schemes gradually and becoming the lead role of automation field in 2l~~ century . As one of the FCS standards , CAN field-bus is more highly reliable and low priced , and being used more and more extensively SHCAN2000 Field-bus Control System adopts the CAN field-bus network structure , and its field control cell centralizes the advantages both of the traditional PLC and regulator . This paper deeply discusses the SHCAN2000 System抯 system structure , design and actualization of its hardware and software . Furthermore , aiming at the open character of FCS , this paper emphasizes the function configuration of both the operation station and field control cell . SHCAN2000 System has been used successfully in many industry fields.
