Based On The Vc Software Development Platform For Distributed Data Acquisition System

A multiple-channel data-acquisition system based on serial communication is presented in this paper. It consists of microcontroller and computer. Microcontroller has the advantages of high integration, powerful control function, single structure, low price and so on. But, as a whole , it has too small storage to save a lot of data, and too low speed to processing data of acquisition quickly. On the other hand, computer makes full use of the powerful function of processing data, analog and emulation, network communication to control Microcontroller , to storage data of acquisition , which will be analysed and printed by means of Microsoft Office serial tools.The main characteristics of the system software are:1. Computer can control Microcontroller, which can select channels data-acquisition discretionarily.2. People can select Baud Rate, Parity Check, Data bits and Stop bits to match with the diverse communication requirements.3. It can show diagram of curves of data-acquisition dynamically, which is a powerful tool for people to control and watch the object acquisition.4. People can select the time discretionarily to save the data into the Microsoft Access Database.5. It is not only fit for data-acquisition of close quarters, but also fit for data-acquisition of telecommunication.6.It is also well transplanted.
