Research On Data Acquisition And Management Of A Virtual System Based On Serial Communication

With the development of computer software and hardware technologies, virtual instrument (VI) technology is widely used in data acquisition system. How to make hardware programmable and software universal has also become a hot topic. In this thesis, a virtual acquisition system with the low cost of hardware and good function of software is designed based on the researching of serial virtual data acquisition system.Firstly, the developments of virtual instrument and data acquisition system are introduced in this paper. Then the principle of data acquisition system is analyzed. After that, the RS232 data acquisition of 16-bit is developed and a serial virtual data acquisition system is designed based on Labview. Later on, the framework of software is analyzed. The idea of virtual measure functional module is bring forward under mature component technology. Particularly, the serial communication , the virtual data acquisition system and the data management are designed. At last, the system is integrated by using menu and queue technology of Labview.
