The highly development of the electronic technology greatly promotes the application of digital technology in data collecting, and also improves the demand of speed, accuracy and real-time of data collecting. A new kind of data collecting technology is gradually replacing original analog collecting technology, which greatly improves accuracy and conversion speed of data collecting, and realizes collecting and conversing different kinds of analog signals real-time and efficiently, so it has a good development prospect.FPGA operates with a very high speed, short development cycle and rich IO resources, and is the ideal choice for data collecting module. And USB bus technology is a new kind of technology, with simple interface, high data transfer speed and independent power supply, which is very suitable for the communication module design connected which the PC, the combination of which has obtained great development in high speed data collecting.This article explores a design of data collecting module based on FPGA, it operates the system with a central control chip EP2C5Q208C8, uses CY7C68013 A as the data transfer channel, HY57V28820HCT-T as the SDRAM memory chips, TLC5510 as the AD data collecting chip, and designs the application on PC, completing a kind of function integration about showing, saving and replaying collecting data, information transferring and data showing. This article makes full use of FPGA ’s high speed operating ability and abundant logic units, as well as convenient USB interface to design the data collecting module, the combination of which complementary functions takes fully respective advantages, improves greatly in the aspects of efficiency, accuracy and easy usage, which is a highlight of this design.By means of debugging the software and hardware, we finally concludes that data collecting module can basically complete data collecting, many kinds of indicators meet the design requirements,can reach the expected purpose. The whole development process of design is feasible and reliable, the structure of design is distinct, and the module is efficient and stable, simple and easy to use, and well realizes the concept of "replacing hardware with the software", it improves the property and efficiency and also reduces the cost, which has a profound significance.
