Design And Implementation Of Technology Project Management System Based On SSH Framework

Along with the rapid development of science and technology throughout the world, social demand for science and technology is also increasing. The situation of refining many disciplines and integration between different subjects growing, has become intense, thus generating many new research orientations and research fields. In this sense, it has been our primary goal in the country to enhance the management of scientific and technological projects and their overall benefits.Based on an in-depth study on the current situation of the management of scientific and technological projects at home and abroad, this paper forwards an auxiliary decision-making system of fast data acquisition, online assessment and feedback by experts in related with the combination of the development of science and technology in Yunnan Province. Meanwhile, this essay tries to design and fulfill a Yunnan Sci-tech management system of SSH. This system is believed to play a supporting role in improving the management of Sci-tech projects in Yunnan Province, reducing the working pressure of managing staff and keeping decision-making more scientific. More specifically, the paper mainly has done the following work:1. Analyzed the research background, compared the status quo of scientific and technological project management system at home and abroad in terms of the development, constructed the model of system based on SSH framework, learned more lightweight J2EE technology and made a brief introduction on related development technologies.2. Did a research on current problems which need to solve, put forward systematic construction goals, made analysis on the functional and non-functional requirements for the system, designed the business process of Sci-tech project management system3. did detailed design of the system; designed the overall structure of the system; made detailed demonstration of each function module, network topology structure; designed the system database, introduced in details logic structure of main database table, and optimize the data table of the system.4. Fulfilled the management of Sci-tech projects based on SSH framework system, introduced and analyzed a main module in the system in its the persistence layer, business logic layer and presentation layer. Lastly, a brief introduction has been made to the operation interface of the system.By utilizing information technology, the program is believed to accelerate the information submission, program application, procedure verification, management decision-making process. Additionally, the project will effectively strengthen the scientific research management, fulfilling its high efficiency standardization, and fairness. Therefore it has obvious social benefits.
