Research And Analysis On Contract Management System Of Guangzhou - Shenzhen Port

Many of the hard-ware technology for high-speed railway of China at present have reached the world advanced level and global informationalization construction is under high-speed development stage. As is well-known, management of contract is one of the important functions of corporation management. At present, the management of contract in high-speed railway corporation (passengers-only corporation), from the drafting of contract to archive filing, is manually managed, the efficiency of which is very low. The construction of railway, from research of feasibility, design, physical construction and putting into operation in the end, stretches a long period, and the investment of high-speed railway is gigantic, which involves various contracts and personnel who might be moving frequently. It becomes an urgent demand to have informationalized management of contract with computerized technology.This article is to present the significance and importance of the research of contract management and points to be resolved in the research project with brief introduction of contract management system in Guang-Shen-Gang Passengers-only Railway Corporation as its background. This contract management system is designed for Guan-Shen-Gang Passengers-only Railway Corporation with the idea of customer-oriented and combined with elaborate research and analysis of the practical situation of the Corporation. The system covers the whole field from the establishment of contract formatting to signatory, implementation, archive filing and supervision of the contract. This system is sectored in accordance with its individual function. There are six modules, including modules of text bank of contract templates, sign of contract, implementation of contract, archive filing of contract, supervision of contract and maintenance of system. This article presents a detail operation analysis, functional analysis and data analysis on the contract management system of Guang-Shen-Gang Passengers-only Railway Corporation. In the operation analysis a split detail explanation on operation flow is conducted and optimized. In the functional analysis a role of division is made and detail presentation of the functional module and sampling is formed. In the data analysis the conception chart, abbreviated chart, relation chart of system are listed and data structure chart is presented.This article presents as well the shortcomings of the system and possible problems in the physical development of this system, and summarizes the system and forecasts the subsequent work.
