The Design And Implementation Of Business Contract Management System In Northwest Engineering Corporation Limited

With the rapid development of social economy,more requirements and tests have been put forward for the management of enterprises.Information system has become an important tool in the process of enterprise management.While bringing norms and convenience to the management and operation of enterprises,it also provides new ideas and thinking for the management of enterprises.Enterprise contract management refers to the assemblage of a series of actions,such as signing,performing,altering,dissolving,transferring,terminating,examining,supervising and controlling a contract with itself as a party according to law.The contract management must be in the whole process,systematic and dynamic.The contract management system,which is based on the information technology,utilizes the advanced management ideas of modern enterprises to provide enterprises with comprehensive and systematic contract management platform for policy decision,planning,control and operation performance evaluation.Contract management is an important part of enterprise management,and the perfect contract management method is of great significance to enhance the efficiency of enterprise administration.It is an important symbol of the healthy operation of enterprises.Healthy and orderly contract management plays an important role in the development of the enterprise,and the rational allocation of personnel,property and financial resources within enterprises.This paper aims to solve the following problems existing in the contract management system: the large workload of report forms statistics results in the opaque operation of enterprises.Enterprises get relevant contract data and it is difficult to allocate funds for enterprises,personnel and other resources reasonably,cause the benefits of each business sector are blurred.It is difficult to achieve performance mastering.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the detailed requirements of the target enterprise.According to the result of requirement analysis,this paper analyzes the key problems needed to implements the system and proposes solutions from three aspects: overall requirements,functional requirements and non-functional requirements.The system platform is implemented by J2 EE framework and B/S three-tier structure.The contract management system mainly includes projectinformation,contract review,contract account and other management business modules.Using mature software design technology and combining the actual business needs of the target enterprise,the system design is carried out to obtain an integrated contract management platform.This paper completed the construction of the business operation contract management system of the Northwest Engineering cooperation.It provides a set of integrated management platform for enterprise contract management.Enabling enterprise contract management personnel to free themselves from complex data maintenance and records,and can quickly query the data to improve the efficiency of enterprise contract management.With the development of enterprises and the improvement of management requirements,new demands will inevitably emerge constantly.We will continue to summarize and improve,so that the system platform is continuously improved and optimized.At present,this system function basically meets the needs of contract management work.
