After decades of rapid growth, our country’s real estate industry has formed a scale, brand, standardization development model. However, its marketing model is still very traditional. Generally,the real estate developers sale their real estate,either by themselves, or commissioned by other companies, for various reasons leading customers or potential customers can not know the progress of the current projects,not to mention the quality of the projects, customers can not get valid information of the projects, this will obviously affect the real estate sales.Therefore, a new marketing model has become an agent need to real estate developers and customers.This paper studies the development of real estate sales management system, on the basis of our real estate business and real estate sales and management status makers and customer demand for in-depth investigation and analysis, using the current mainstream mature technology, according to the norms of software engineering, we completed the design and implementation of an online real estate sales management system.After studying J2EE, MVC design pattern, Spring Framework, SQL Server, Flex, JSP, DWR, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery and other mainstream software development techniques, development system needs to be analyzed, including on the role of analysis, functional analysis and other non-functional analysis. Upon completion of the system requirements analysis, functional analysis and data re-analysis, and then complete the system design the overall system architecture design, system design, database. On the basis of the system design, system implementation and completion of the trial run, optimized test run, to further improve the development of the system, and finally the system has been tested, the test results show that the system functionality, performance meet the requirements, development of the system put to practical use, fully meet the real estate needs of the development of real estate sales and development work to achieve the desired objectives.
