Research And Analysis On The Educational System Of Guizhou Urban Vocational College

University management has entered the era of information,while the educational administration system of Guizhou city vocational college is in a semi artificial and semi computer management state.In order to solve deficiencies and defects of the educational management process,the research and analysis of the paper is necessary.The research background of the system,the meaning of the project and the current research and application status of similar systems determine the main contents of the paper and the main research works.The existing problems of the system,the institutional framework and the original business process are analyzed in business analysis.The paper remodeled the original business process. The use case and characters described the system and determined the function of the system in functional analysis.It used a method from the overall function to sub function in function modeling.At first the general use case diagram is given,then Sub function use case diagrams and package diagrams are given step by step.The entity class diagrams are drawn and the the database relational tables are established in data analysis based on the analysis of the data of the system which is required to process.The paper summarizes the research and analysis of the work and prospects the further work in the end.Construction and analysis of the whole system uses object-oriented programming method.The modeling tool is VP-UML.The paper provides references for the development of the educational administration system of Guizhou city vocational college and the study of the same system.
