Research And Analysis Of The Educational Management System Of Heshan No. 2 Middle School

Heshan No.2 senior high school is an old school, with a long history of nearly 90 years. In recent years, due to the expansion of the scale of higher education, the number of the students has been increasing constantly. Under the new teaching situation comes the rapid increase in teaching assignments. Faced with so much heavy work and also complex files, The Educational Administration of our school, which is responsible for the teaching work, is meant to bring in new and advanced management methods to replace the traditional ones. Also, it aims to apply practical and suitable management systems so as to improve its management efficiency.Before writing this article, I have done a lot of careful research on the daily managements organized by The Educational Administration of our school, which is responsible for the management of the school curriculum, teaching performance, teaching plan, teachers'training, teaching contest, etc. To solve the problems in the current management system, some analysis has been undertaken on the former management processes, followed by optimized processes which connect with the school's actuality. Based on the analysis of the management system of the Educational Administration, we finally adopt the case diagram in the management system concerned with the following aspects:curriculum and performance management, teaching plans management, test management, contest management, basic data management, system management. To make it more clear, we also analyze the business requirement and functional requirement as well as the corresponding activity diagram and packet diagram. This article also focuses on the analysis of the dates that need to be dealt with in each function of the whole system, from which we work out the thumbnail for each function and also the relevant database for further explanation.The last part of this essay is for reflection and summary. I hope through this reflection and summary, we can improve the whole system and provide a more favorable application for the actual work.
