Shanghai Motor College Educational Management System Design And Implementation

The educational administration system is an important part of the school teaching management. Meanwhile, it plays a vital role in improving the quality of teaching management, saving human recourses, implementing share of information sources and actualizing scientific management. At present, there are some problems in Educational Administration System in Shanghai Dianji University where I worked at. For example, date-processing mostly depends on manual operation, therefore; it will use a lot of money and manpower. In addition, the basic data is not enough, the recourses can not be shared and the management is nonstandard.Under this circumstance, in order to solve these problems, the school develops a new system---Educational Administration System which is suitable to Shanghai Dianji University. Regarding Shanghai Dianji University as its research background, this thesis combines educational management and advanced information-based technology on the basis of analyzing and researching the requirement of this school's educational management. It develops the applied system through .NET and combines the developing mode of MVC, taking some factors into consideration, such as the system structure, developing period and code reusability. Based on the constructing of C/S mode, the system uses SQL Service2000 as its background database. Furthermore, it designs the system logic mode to realize seven functional modules, such as system maintenance, school roll management, teaching evaluation management system, educational administration system, test management system, integrated management system and learning center system by use of modeling tool.Because the system employs systematic structure under C/S, applied logic, processing and displaying logic can be carried out in different levels. In doing so, it can facilitate the code development and management and improve the efficiency of development.The system has been tentatively put into use, and its operation is reliable. In this case, it can improve the efficiency of educational administration and reduce the cost of educational administration to make the teaching work move smoothly. As an Educational Administration System, it has a certain theoretical and applied value.
