Research And Analysis On Educational Administration System Of Minxi Vocational And Technical College

Educational administration management is a very important link in university. With the development of computer technology and net work technology, as well as the expansion of recruitment scale and the continuous reform of the teaching system, office of teaching affairs management is more and more multifarious. The original of educational administration management mode and methods has been unable to adapt to the requirement of educational administration so that requires to improve the teaching management means and methods. Therefore, educational administration management system can promote the reform of school educational administration process. The result of educational administration reform will directly decide the level of running. In addition, educational administration management is one of the national backbone academy evaluation index. As early2005, our office has introduced the educational administration system from Fuzhou software company, which provides a great convenience for educational administration work. However, as our college become the national backbone of academy, the original educational management system cannot meet the assessment requirements and the requirements of the educational scale and form diversification. So, on the basis of the existing teaching management system developed more accord with our college’s actual situation to meet requirements of the development of system is extremely urgent.This report introduces the research background, project meaning, the current research and application status of educational administration management system from the actual situation of educational administration at present to confirm the content of thesis and the main work. In the business analysis, report analyses the problems existing in the system, institutional framework and the original business process to give the after transforming business processes. In the functional analysis, report through the case analysis and the description of used case to confirm systematic function and give the overall function package diagram of system and subroutine package diagram, which includes sub-package diagrams of teaching schedule management system, management of students school roll, student performance management system, educational management system and online courses management. In the data analysis, report analyses the system that need to deal with the data of each function, gives entity class diagram and builds structures of database table. In the end, this report summaries the research and analysis of work done, and discusses the future work.
