Research And Analysis On Educational Administration System Of Jiangxi Communication Vocational And Technical College

With the fast development of the Internet technology and the higher demand for working efficiency for the daily affairs in the colleges and universities, the traditional paper files to store information and office mode have been rejected. Every college and university has its own independent teaching management system. Although greatly improvements in daily work and management have come true, there are some shortcomings in the exchanging efficiency among each mode, due to the independence of each system and be short of the integrity, considering the whole teaching management system. Therefore, at present more and more colleges and universities are merging multiple independent teaching management system to build a high-performance one.This thesis is based on the work of Jiangxi Vocational and Technological College of Communications. And the meaning of the management system in this college as well as the current research condition at home and abroad have been touched. The whole teaching affairs have been modularized and then every model has been analyzed in details. In the analysis of the original task, the existing problems in the traditional non-informative working process and the related organizations have been analyzed. In the process of the optimization, the improved task flow under the informative management modeling has been advocated. When the functions of the system are being analyzed, the specific function has been defined by the way of analysis and sampling, which include basic information management, teaching planning management, scheduling, courses options, examination affairs management and the score management. In the analysis chapters, the needed data have been induced and analyzed. And except for the detailed relation diagram of the task and function, the structure charts targeted to every statistic have been provided. At the end of the thesis, the conclusion has been made, and in the meantime, the improvements for this system have been presented and the future has been pictured.
