Combined with the current trends and Military Materials Procurement IT actual requirements, through a structured approach, research and analysis of the set procurement project planning, procurement project approval, material procurement management, supplier information management, statistics management systems, information publishing platform management and other common functions integrated system, which greatly improves the efficiency of procurement of military supplies, has changed the traditional manual planning model, with international practice, more convenient military supplies procurement management.This article mainly focus on the research background of the system, the project significance and current research and application, system problems, existing business processes were analyzed, after the transformation of the business process diagrams; in addition, the paper system roles and data flow analysis, a clear top-level data flow diagrams, data flow diagrams and floor level data flow diagrams; through the system functions by analyzing the overall function and sub-function chart diagram of the system, while the system for each function data were analyzed to be processed, given entity class diagram, the establishment of a database table structure; and finally made to carry out research and analysis are summarized, and further work is prospected.
