At the same time, the working cycle of the medicine retail enterpriseemployees would be reduced, the working efficiency of employees in the process of purchasingbe improved, leaks be prevent, thus the unnecessary loss would be reduced, and later we canalso make a systematic analysis about the procurement process, promote the enterprise staff’sworking ability. Therefore, the software which record the process of pharmaceutical purchasingbetween marketing agency and the supplier in pharmaceutical retailer’s management system isdesigned and realized.In order to realize the pharmaceutical process record between the marketing agency andsuppliers, the author, based on what he learned in various programming, thinks it over and overagain in various programming language and finally establishes a programming software, C#. Itis a relatively stable and perfect software which has gone through a long time. C#, which is thefirst choice of modern programming language, not only inherits the C and C++powerfulfeatures but also removes some of their complex characteristics. For data storage software, Ichoose SQL2008database directly because the procedure is based on one company’s largeretail soft ware which use SQL2008database. It is also a kind of popular database nowadays.The SQL2008database, which can meet the needs of different types of database solutions intoday’s business environment, is flexible and changeable. It has powerful function. Thecompany used the BI system loading from SQL2008, so is the most suitable for this research.The thesis mainly elaborates the recording software production process between suppliersand marketing agency in the retail pharmaceutical enterprises management system.First of all, the paper elaborates process of the enactment and construction of thesystematic function. It aims to be able to truly improve their working ability, shorten the workingperiod, and improve working efficiency. Therefore, the system is to shorten the purchasing cyclein the process of procurement, improve procurement staff’s working efficiency, and ultimatelyshorten the time of drug procurement, thus help enterprises improve enterprise operationcapacity.The System realizes the vitrification and informationization of the process of drugprocurement. Based on the recording of the buyer and supplier, aiming at the realization of drug procurement, the author designed it in details. The final goal is to make the communicationbetween employees and suppliers become digitized and embodied. On the other hand, tochange the telecommunication (paper document) into digital document.
