Analysis And Design Of Scientific Research Project Management System In Nanchang University Of Science And Technology

To solve the problem of the management of scientific research in Nanchang University College of Science and Technology which exists the problems such as the non-standard work process, low efficiency, etc. This paper proposed the method of the establishment of scientific research project management system, which as a part of the digital campus construction, not only provide the necessary information support for scientific research project management, but also can achieve resource sharing with other systems.The establishment of the scientific research project management system discussed in this paper, which is the practice of software engineering, used the structural analysis method, and the functions mainly includes approve and initiate the project research management, intermediate inspection management, concluding management, query management and so on. Paper discusses the business functions of the analysis and design process, through analyzing the business process, data flow analysis and system analysis method expounding system requirements; and according to the system requirements in turn has completed the system architecture design, function module design, database design and security strategy design.The use of the system fills the blank of the informatization of scientific research project management of Nanchang University College of Science and Technology, and can meet the daily needs of the business, provides a complete, practical and scientific research project management system for users.
