The Design And Implementation Of An Web-based Scientific Project Management System

With the increasing investment on development of science and technology in theuniversity, there are many features in scientific projects of college, such as the growingduration of implementation, the increasing financial assistance, the wide variety of projecttypes, the complex financial management, the numerous users and so on. Based on thesefeatures, this thesis make a design and application of a scientific research project systemof project management, financial management and users management, which contributesto a stable and efficient development of scientific research project management work.This thesis make an analysis of management and business in scientific researchproject, and carry out the following work:1) make a research of the background andrelated technology, establish the technology method of system development, adopt theSSH framework structure based on the Hierarchical design in J2EE, and utilize the officemiddle-ware technology to meet the demands of template customization and materialmanagement;2) establish the framework of the overall system, and divides it to severalmajor modules, including declare module, which consists of project applications, review,approval and financial audit, and management module, which includes the management ofusers, units and base data;3) introduce the application of the major modules in detail, andmake a completion of the system test and function test processes, which shows a resultthat the system can operate completely and steadily.This thesis make a Web science research management platform system based on theSSH framework structure. It provides a strong technical and platform support for practicalmanagement of scientific research work. Meanwhile, the thesis makes a detailed summaryand analysis of the achievements and deficiency in the project. Some disadvantages andameliorations of the system have both been brought forward.
