The Design And Implementation Of The Scientific Research Project Management System In Liaoning Mechatronics College

Science and technology is the driving force of economic development and social development. With the country's attention to the development of science and technology, the country has paid more and more attention to the investment of scientific research projects. There are more and more research projects in the higher vocational colleges, and the management of scientific research projects is also getting more and more important. Therefore, the information management system is urgently needed to improve the efficiency of scientific research project management in higher vocational colleges.Based on the investigation and analysis on the management process of the scientific research project in higher vocational colleges, and taking the users of the system, such as scientific research management personnel sand scientific research personnel as examples, the specific business needs to achieve the work of scientific research project management system in higher vocational colleges is analyzed by using UML by case diagram. At the same time, the performance of system of the research project management system in Liaoning Mechatronics Polytechnic is analyzed with two aspects of ensuring the security and improving data sharing of the system. Based on the design principles of scientific research project management system, B/S three layer structure is used to carry out the design of scientific research project management system in higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of users in the paper. The system representation layer is mainly used for the data exchange between main user and the system, and business logic layer is mainly used for related business information of the scientific research project management, and the related data storage and maintenance of scientific research project management is realized in the data management layer. Through the analysis of the needs of user, the scientific research project management system is divided into three major functions module: basic information management, schedule management and platform management module, and the relevant data in the system are stored in the relational database in Oracle. In the aspect of the system implementation, constructing the overall structure of the Liaoning Mechatronics Polytechnic research project management system by using Struts2 technology, Spring technology and Hibernate technology. And based on the function structure of system, three functional modules of basic information management, schedule management and system management are realized by using Java technology.Through the analysis of the test results, it is clear that the research and design of the scientific research project management system in the paper can meet the demand of the related personnel of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges, which has reached the goal of building scientific research project in higher vocational colleges.
