Research And Analysis On Teaching Material Management System Of Heyuan Vocational And Technical College

Based on Heyuan Polytechnic teaching after the reform of teaching material management situation and the existing teaching material management system research and analysis, this paper designs a set of teaching material management system, including textbooks choosing purchasing cataloging collecting lending(continue), returning and compensating. In the process of analysis and study, this paper writer exploits the software with Object-Oriented Method, model with using UML and draws diagrams using Visual Paradigm for UML10.0.In the analysis of business process, the author describes the management flow chart of the existing business processes, describing business process re-engineering with process chart, and briefly analyzing the existing and old business process.In the analysis of function, the author analyzes the system role first and the inner link between the role and function. Then the author describes them by using use case diagram and use case specifications, especially formulating the basic flow of use case specification with the operation flow language. According to use case analysis, the author can know what function Package the system needs, designing the function package diagram, briefly analyzing the usage of the function package diagram and the link between package and package.When analyzing the data, the author can know the relationship between classes and all classes of needed system according to the case analysis, then describing it by the concept of class diagrams and thumbnails. The author also briefly analyzes what are interface class, control class and entity class, and the relationship among them; according to the analysis of the concept of class diagrams and thumbnail, the author can know the need of entities in the system, and the link among the entities, describing and briefly analyzing it by the entity relationship diagram and database.Finally, the author sums up the writing experience of research and analysis which are done, and "sincerity and trinity". At the end of the paper, the author put forward the research idea of further study of the system construction and implementation of teaching materials and electronic books management system.
