Research And Analysis On Experimental Teaching Management System Of Guangdong University Of Science And Technology

With the rapid development of information technology, the network has gradually integrated into people’s lives and changed people’s ways of learning. The traditional experiment and teaching management system mainly works on a single machine respectively. Many departments only do business of their own.In this way, there are all kinds of problems such as the loss of laboratory equipment or arrangements confusion. The development of an experimental teaching management system based on Web is very necessary because the application of Web, which is based on network,fully realize the sharing of data resources,.In order to reasonably use and manage the experimental resources, to promote the healthy development of the experiment teaching and to develop a practical platform, the experimental teaching management system, which is accord with the situation of Guangdong University of Science and Technology, is researched and designed in this paper. The main work is as follows:Firstly, the research background of Experimental Teaching Management System and Significance of the project are described. Secondly,the main contents of this paper are specified.Thirdly, the problems of the original business processes in this system are analyzed and then the transformations of the business process are Given in business analysis.After that,the overall function and sub function of the system are described by many a package diagram and Use Cases on the stage of functional analysis. In the next stage of the data analysis, the entity class diagram is given after the various functions of the system needed for processing data is analyzed and the table structure of the database is established.finally, the works of research and analysis of the system are summarized and the further work is prospected.
