With the rapid development of internet technology, the computerized management becomes to a trend in many fields. Campus information management system can provide information management and service for anybody at anytime because of its flexibility, displacement and Popularization. So, it has already become a very efficient manguagement method in modern education.Teaching material management is an important part of higher academic administration work. using computer to manage teaching material information has the merits which manual managing can't compare with. By doing so, it will speed up the school educational administration management work.This thesis introduces a teaching material management system in accordance with actual situation in school of continuing education of JiaMusi University. The system involves ten parts, they are Foundation information maintenance, teaching material management, information search, report generation,system function, help system and Students online registration.The software development methodology used in this thesis is RUP and the Analysis and design description language is UML. The writer uses a C/S and B/S hybrid three-leyered structure to analyse and design the system and establishes a static structure model and dynamic behavior model which consist of Use cases diagrams, Class Diagram, Sequence diagram, State Chart Diagram and Deployment Diagram.The test method of the system is discussed as well, and the exsiting problems in the system is also summerised. Now, this teaching material management system has already entered into the operation stage in school of continuing education of JiaMusi University.
