Research And Analysis On Teaching Material Management System Of Xinhui Electrical And Mechanical Vocational Technical School In Jiangmen City

In this paper introduced the research background of teaching material management system in Jiangmen Xinhui Electronic Vocational School。 Getting rid of the traditional office tools, this kind of system makes full use of the computer and modern office software, which realizes centralized management, helps the workers release the stress from the heavy work in the school teaching materials affairs and improves the work efficiency and quality so that the full automation of the teaching material management and modernization can be carried out. Also, the research significance of the teaching material management project and the research and application present situation have been discussed in this paper, so as the paper research content and main work。 In a business analysis, the paper analyzed the problems existing in the system, the organization structure and the original business process and gives a modified business process。 In a functional analysis, through the case analysis and the use of some specific case description, this paper definites the system function, gives the system’s overall function package diagram and the package diagram, including teaching material catalogue management, the management of ordering textbooks, teaching materials, teaching material inventory management and teaching material expense management.In the data analysis, the data needed to deal with in each function on the system was analyzed, the entity class diagram is given and the database table structure was established。 Thesis finally summarizes the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work was also discussed。...
