Analysis And Design Of Financial Aid Management System For Students With Financial Difficulties In Baoshan Traditional Chinese Medicine

Baoshan Higher College of Chinese Medicine financial aid for student has been carried out comprehensively,and the effective implementation of various projects to support the current work becomes a new challenge, using advanced computer and network technology builds a set of student financial aid management system in order to meet the needs of Baoshan Higher College of Chinese Medicine student financial aid management work.The paper starts to analyze from research background, research significance of subsidy management system for students from poor,simply describes the development and design technology, analyzes demand for the function of the system in detail. Through the analysis of the Baoshan designed family economic difficulties of traditional Chinese medicine,student financial aid management system function is divided into the basic information management, economic difficulties students information management, Fund management, fund management grants, part-time work management, system management seven function modules. Using activity diagram, use case diagram for all function modules are analyzed, gives detailed use case description, data needs to make the analysis of the system.According to the demand analysis, the result of the seven major functional modules in the system, it gives a package of each function module diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram design. Finally, using the entity attributes figure, entity relationship diagrams, it completes the design of the database and the main structure of the database table.
