The Design And Implementation Of The Student Financial Assistance Management System Based On The J2EE

In order to improve work efficiency, All major universities carry on informationization construction. At present, many universities use manual mode to deal with student aid business, this mode not only needs tremendous manpower, but also the mode is not fair. Based on this, It is a trend to introduce student aid management system which can realize the student aid business automation.The thesis expounded the process that design and implementation of student aid management system which consists of four parts: system analysis, detailed design, system implementation and test. In the requirements analysis phase, the thesis improves the existing unreasonable business processes, and the system function is identified which consists of five parts: system management, student management, aid management, comprehensive evaluation management, and basic data management. In the system design phase, the thesis uses flow chart to introduce the implementation details of the system function, and construct a Data Model. Based on this, the system is implemented. In the last, the thesis introduces the test process from function test and performance test, and the faults are modified. The system uses J2 EE + SQL Server2005 + B/S to implement system. The system has the characteristic of simple operation and high safety.At present, Student Aid System has been successfully implemented, and it is deployed to the Hunan Network Engineering Vocational College for processing student aid business. After a period of trial, the system obtained the remarkable results.
