Design And Implementation Of Student Financial Assistance Information Management System In Universities Based On B/S Model

With the development of computer technology, management informationsystem had been widely used in all areas of social life. Student financial assistanceinformation management improvement and funding increased, resulting in thecomplex of the daily management, the universities and colleges now have morepressure to improve the quality of the student assistance management. Rational use ofmodern information technology management and increase funding to improveefficiency, to promote standardization and scientific management level becomecurrent research focuses. Combined with computer technology and the design anddevelopment of student financial assistance information management system inuniversities help to improve the management level in the work of assistancemanagement.This paper analyzes the status and problems of student financial assistanceinformation management system in universities, from the perspective of informationsystem development, analyzes the feasibility and development applications. Secondly,this paper combined with the general characteristics of the student’s current financialassistant, analysis the user demand of the system, analyzes the system’s functional andnon-functional requirements as well as specific business processes, and on this basisto clarify the main framework and functional modules of the system, the mainfunction modules include system management, finance management and managementof poor students management. Finally, combined with the current status of studentfinancial assistance information management system in universities, analysis of userrequirements, design and developed the Hunan university student financial assistanceinformation management system. The architecture is based on B/S model, thedevelopment platform for Visual Studio2005, the database manager for the SQLServer2005and the development language is C#language. In database design, theuse of the database to create database third normal form, and probes into the core ofthe database access classes. Recently, the system functions have been fulfilled as expected. The practiceindicates that the system design and development can effectively improve the studentfinancial assistance management work efficiency and simplify the unnecessaryprocedures. The practice indicates that the system can make use of the difficultiesstudents enjoy more efficient and equitable service.
