Research And Analysis On Asset Management System Of Zhongshan Songyuan Middle School

With the development of information technology, the asset management system has been widely used, greatly improve the level of asset management office and bring huge economic benefits for all walks of life. In order to improve the unit’s office efficiency, realize the asset management modernization, Zhongshan songyuan high school decided to learn from other industry asset management model, develop a suitable and simple operation of the asset management platform.The school asset management often use paper or traditional method, has been unable to meet the needs of data visualization, School inventory assets and equipment inspection need to consume a lot of time and manpower, and also needs employees have a high sense of responsibility. This paper determines the management system analysis and design of the actual demand of Zhongshan songyuan school asset management meets the application requirements. The system includes basic information management, asset allocation, asset inventory and so on. This paper first introduced the research background of Middle School of Zhongshan songyuan asset management system, the problems need to be solved are summarized and discusses the significance and importance of the research project; the design goals of the system is presented in this paper; and introduces the system business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements and non functional requirements several aspects, In this paper, a detailed analysis of the system requirement, the business process diagrams, use case diagram and class diagram of the system concept are described; secondly, the paper use the entity class diagram, E-R diagram and database table structure of the database are designed in detail; finally, the contents of the study are summarized, and expounds the main work, pointed out the deficiencies the existence, and the further work is prospected.
