Research And Analysis Of The Budget Management System Of Yunnan Minority Middle School

In order to implement the Budget Law(modern "Economic Constitution"),the State Council has formulated and assigned specific tasks and goals from the national level,such as the compilation and review of the school budget from 2014 to 2020,and the implementation of the final accounts.According to the requirements of the state,the research and development of the budget management system with the characteristics of the unit,for the rule of law,financial management ability of great significance.This paper takes a case study approach.It uses the designing process of budget management system of Yunnan Nationalities High School as an example.The author analyzes the existing work processes in the school.Based on the research on some budget management software system,the author proposes a more optimized workflow with diagrams to show related business processes.including total revenue and expenditure budget,budget review,budget execution,account,data and system management.It includes the total package diagram and sub-package diagram of the system.Built upon this,the author analyzes data that needs to be processed by each function of the system,designed the abbreviated class diagram,the entity class relationship diagram,and the database in detail.The author concludes the paper with a summary of his research and prospect of the future work.
