Research And Analysis On The System Of Student Status Of Overseas Chinese In Zhongshan City

With the continuous improvement of science and technology, computer science is becoming more and more mature, and its powerful functions have been deeply recognized, it has entered the human society in various fields and is playing an increasingly important role. The student status management system is an indispensable part of the education unit, its content is very important for the school’s decision maker and the superintendent. But people have been using the traditional manual management file, this management approach has many shortcomings, such as: low efficiency, poor security, the other time, will produce a large number of documents and data, which for the search, update and maintenance have brought a lot of difficulties. Therefore, in order to make the Zhongshan overseas Chinese middle school student status management work to the standard, orderly, system development, the system needs to be further improved.First introduced the research of Zhongshan overseas Chinese middle school student system background, research and application of similar system are analyzed, and the main work of this dissertation are described; in business analysis, the paper analyzes the shortcomings of the system, the organization, the original business process and other aspects, the the reengineering of business process and on the basis of the original function; in the analysis, through the case analysis, case description, the function of the system is clear, given the system’s overall function of the package diagram and the sub function diagram, including the basic information management, students management, students transfer management, school management student from school. Students, students drop out of management, incentive management, students management and system management; in the data analysis, the function of each system is required to process data are analyzed, the entity class diagram is given, the establishment of the database table structure; finally, summarizes the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work is prospected.
