Research And Analysis On Students' Work Management System In Experimental Primary School In Pinghu City

Now the rapid development of information technology makes its application more and more common, and the function is more and more get attention. For information management system, its technology is also in slowly mature, has been get more and more deep application in the education industry and the use of teaching and researching activities, especially for elementary school students in work management, has come to the must modernize information management level. Original primary school work management has exposed many shortcomings, there is a big problem in managing the quality and efficiency of the entire student work management. The pinghu experiment elementary school students as the object of management in this system works, this paper proposes design and research new student work management system, to manage the elementary school students’ work scientifically. On the basis of scientific analysis of the information management needs of school students, this paper arranges the progress of the design and development reasonably. The purpose of this paper is to design a suitable Pinghu City Experimental Primary School students daily work management system that supports student information management, student performance management, reward and punishment student management, student assessment management, class management, system maintenance and management and other basic information management. The paper introduces the research background, significance, current research projects and application of the system, clear the contents and the main work. Firstly analyze requirements and business of student work management in Pinghu City Experimental Primary School, using UML modeling language to describe the results of the analysis, and then parse the structure of the system’s various functions, including cases of system functions and system package diagrams, clear overall system function and then analyze data and the function of information systems to obtain complete system analysis. Finally, the whole system work is summarized, the further work is prospected. The student information management system can not only greatly improve the efficiency of school management and education levels, but also that provide effective information resources for the school’s educational information to promote education information process, to achieve scientific and effective management of educational resources, This way of management to society and the country’s progress is an important step.
