Research And Analysis Of Experimental Teaching Management Information System In Kaiping

This topic through pragmatic business analysis, functional analysis and data analysis in detail for existing computer lab of Kaiping NO.1Middle School, combined with the author’s years of laboratory equipment management and the practice teaching management experience and design a set of management information system which is for key senior high school and has decision function. Kaiping NO.1Middle School experiment teaching information system is divided into seven function modules in total, respectively is the Experimental Project Management, Experimental Curriculum Management, Experiment Booking Management, Experimental Performance Management, Experimental Teaching Evaluation, Equipmentt Management, and System Management, meet the information needs of the practical work, which is not only can improve work efficiency, optimize teaching resources, but also can strengthen the practical ability of students.This topic introduces research significance and research background, and states the current similar system research and application status, clear research content and main work; In business analysis, this topic analyzed the problems existing in the system and original business process in a swim-lane concise analysis, then gives business processes after transforming, In functional analysis, this topic through the case analysis and case description of seven function modules,have a clear blueprint for main functions of the system, then lists the system’s overall function package diagram and the sub function package diagram which includes the following seven sub package diagram:experiment project management package diagram, experiment booking management package diagram, experiment performance management package diagram, experimental teaching evaluation package diagram,decision support management system management package diagram; In data analysis, this paper mainly analyzes the system all functions must have to deal with the data, set up the database table structure, and draw the corresponding thumbnails,system total concept map and entity class diagram of seven function. Finally, the paper summarizes the system research and analysis, and the system put into practice were discussed.
