Research And Analysis On Fixed Assets Management System Of Kaiping City Board Of Education

In this thesis, through on the overall analysis of Kaiping City Bureau of education is currently using the fixed asset management, and combined with the author’s many years of property management experience, to research how to improve and perfect the current state of fixed assets management mode and the overall framework. In order to meet the needs of the actual work of the Education Bureau, as well as to improve the management of fixed assets, the value of a great play to the value of fixed assets and reduce the cost of use. Kaiping City Board of education of fixed assets management system needs according to the basic information of the fixed assets, procurement, inspection, use, disposal, reconciliation and management system of the seven aspects to standardize management.Firstly, this paper introduces the significance and background of the Kaiping Education Bureau’s fixed asset management system, and the differences of the fixed assets management system at home and abroad. Then the problem that needs to be solved is summarized. In the research and analysis of the system, this paper first carries on the detailed analysis to the original business process, and on this basis, the business process reengineering. In functional analysis, this paper analyzes the system’s role assignment and function module, and draws the corresponding use case diagram. Then, the system’s overall function is to draw the corresponding package.At last, this paper summarizes the research work and analysis system, and the prospect of future work.
