Research And Analysis On Dormitory Management System Of Jinshan Middle School Students In Kaiping City

With the innovation of information technology, all aspects of school is the progressive realization of computer management, but as an important component part of school dormitory management has failed to realize computerized management. The survey found that:at present most schools still use manual input, search, statistics student dormitory management information, or simply use the computer to manage the dormitory. The traditional method is time-consuming, dormitory management efficiency, has obviously can not meet the needs of teaching management at present. Therefore, the use of computer management system of students dormitory is the need of the times.In this paper, the author designed a set to suit the students dormitory management system according to the actual situation of our school. In this thesis the author first introduces the dormitory management system research background and significance, present situation of research and application of the same system, the main work of the paper’s content and I; secondly, in business analysis, the author carries on the analysis to the existing business, then the transformation for the original business; third, five big modules division of dormitory management the design of the system are introduced in detail, including the student dormitory management module, management module, equipment management module, information query and statistics and system setting function module, the system function structure diagram (H diagram), the original business flow chart and reengineering business process diagram and make detailed design of flow chart. Including the role of system analysis, data analysis and system function structure in the functional analysis, the data analysis this paper established E-R diagram, database table structure of the database and made a detailed description of the design. At the end of the thesis, the author summarizes the content of the study. This system has realized the student registration, student registration, the holiday accommodation attendance check, payment, goods registration, access to goods, goods registration maintenance, information inquiry, information maintenance and management, save manpower and material resources, but also can be more comprehensive, more effectively grasp the basic situation of the students.
