With the rapid development of information technology, office automation has been widely used. A significant increase in the number of documents, change the traditional method of document processing to meet the requirements of the information age is imperative. Longyan agricultural school in document management, or the use of traditional paper documents and manual transfer methods, management process time-consuming and labor-intensive and inefficient. Development and application, school leaders and relevant departments will be able to document management system inspection anytime, tracking upload documents issued to implement case management process will save time, effort, and efficient.Paper introduces the project background Longyan agricultural school document management system, project significance and research status, defined the content and the main work of the study; in business analysis, the thesis of the system problems, organizational structure, business processes, such as the original analyzed, given after the transformation of business processes; in functional analysis, the paper use-case analysis and use case descriptions, a clear function of the system, given the overall function package diagrams and sub-function package diagram of the system, including the receipt by posting, file management, loan management, personal affairs, and system management of the six sub-package diagram; in data analysis, data papers for each function of the system which need to be addressed are analyzed, given entity class diagram, established a database table structure. Finally, the paper did research and analysis are summarized and further work is prospected.
