The Design And Implementation Of Experiment Teaching Management System For Secondary Vocational School

In the era of rapid development of information technology, all areas of society are using information technology tools. Various secondary vocational schools are promoting the construction of school information, the combination of theory and practice teaching methods have become a main way of teaching students in the secondary vocational school. Experimental teaching is a necessary step in the cultivation of students in the secondary vocational school. However, the traditional way of working and working efficiency about experimental teaching management has not keep up with the rapid development of modern society, cannot achieve perfect fusion in the aspect of the use of information and sharing. According to the actual situation and the present situation of the experimental teaching management, how to carry out effective reform of information management of experimental teaching, how to develop an open experiment teaching mode of teaching management, how to improve the efficiency of management and improve the quality of experimental teaching become the main content of this study. Therefore, the design and implementation of a set of experimental teaching management system, which can reasonable allocation and use of laboratory resources, stimulate the enthusiasm of the students to experiment and innovate, has become the necessary of experimental teaching management.The secondary vocational school experiment teaching management system adopts the method of software engineering to design. This paper mainly introduces the system requirement analysis, overall design, detailed design, database design and system implementation and test. Through the use case diagram, the activity diagram and the use cases description table describes the detailed function of the system. Using the diagram of function structure, deployment structure and technical architecture describes a general design system framework; With the aid of class diagram and the timing diagram describes the system detailed design, and through the E-R diagram and database table describes system database design; Through the system function interface diagram shows the system function and briefly introduced the implementation code for part of the system function; Through design the functional test cases to describe the system functional testing, and summarized the work of this paper.The secondary vocational school experiment teaching management system finally realized seven main functional modules, including center display, general profile, teacher management, teaching resource, teaching management, rule and regulation and system management. The center display module mainly carries on the management to center environment, important news and video presentation. The general profile module realized the management to center construction, cooperation and sharing, team management, security management and innovation features. The function of teacher module includes expert committee of management, research team statistical, management team and teaching team. The teaching resource module includes teaching research and teaching experiment. The teaching module includes experimental teaching arrangement, experimental class information and experimental result information. The regulations module includes the management of rules and work norms at experimental teaching center. The system management module mainly carries on the management to system user information and link information. All modules collaborate together to complete all of the features of the secondary vocational school experiment teaching management system.The secondary vocational school experiment teaching management system assists the experiment teaching management in schools, which provides protection for the normal development of the experimental teaching work. Through the sharing of databases in rich student information, course information, resource information, making the arrangement of the experiment work and experiment report review informatization, which can improve the teaching efficiency and make convenient for the opening of experimental teaching and organization.
