Based on the above, the remote operating data transmission system based on embedded that is applied to a base station has function improving the quality of the communication and higher cost.The system is divided into two parts devices applied to the base station tower unit through wireless technology transmitting condition data and monitoring environmental parameters and videos surveillance of system applied to base station room unit. After analyzing the function of the entire system, two units of the system are designed. Then the hardware design of devices applied to the base station tower unit through wireless technology transmitting condition data uses LM3S6911built-in Ethernet controller as main control chip, use SIM900A as GPRS wireless communication module and use TFT2.4as display module. In the aspect of software realization, using the LWIP protocol stack achieve the LAN port communication and the use of AT instruction set of the SIM900A control to achieve the GPRS communication. The design of monitoring environmental parameters and videos surveillance of system applied to base station room unit uses TX2440A development board as hardware. In the aspect of software realization, using embedded Linux operating system as operating system and Boa server and MJPG-streamer video transmission technology as Web server implement a integrated system that possesses function of monitoring environmental parameters and videos surveillance.Finally, test results show that for the device the device can connect with BBU through LAN port and Public network server through GPRS. The device plays a important role of BBU debugging in the outfield and improving communication.
