In order to meet the requirement of"accurate agriculture"real-time monitoring field parameter and video information, this paper studied and designed a kind of agricultural remote monitoring system based on B/S construction combining the technology of embedded, WEB and Sensor examination together, following the analysis of farmland monitoring system's research situation in home and abroad and system's demand of application. In the field scene, temperature and image data can be gathered real time and dynamically by sensors and transmitted through ethernet,at the same time, the remote browser can receive and display these data.This can not only benefit for farmers to master the crops'living conditions and disease information timely, but also provide technical support for applying fertilizer and chemicals,making information warning , scientific management and design standardized.Main studying work and conclusions are as follows.(1)Raised remote monitoring system plan which consists of embedded Linux system and WEB on the basis of Studying and anglicizing current situation of agricultural monitoring system at home and abroad, development and the requirement of system application.(2)Set up hardware platform with S3C2440 as system's controlling circuit, SMIC micro ZC0301 camera as video capture device, american DSALL corporation's DS18B20 digital temperature sensor as temperature gathering equipment and PC browser as B/S construction observing system's remote monitoring end.(3)Built embedded linux operating system platform. The operating orders are as follows: firstly, the paper transplanted the bootloader–VIVI based on the hardware platform, which is in view of S3C2440 series processor; secondly, disposed and transplanted into linux system kernel; thirdly, transplanted the QT graph development environment, made Yaffs filing system, which is on the basis of the NAND Flash; fourthly, designed and transplanted DS18B20 and the ZC0301 driver base on having a deep knowledge of DS18b20 driving flow, studying the makefile and the character driving programming strategy; finally integrated and tested the whole system.(4)Developed and debugged application procedure. The concrete steps are as follows: firstly, the paper developed the video frequency gathering procedure by researching V4L principle and Frame Buffer driving principle; secondly, designed temperature gathering and real-time displaying procedure based on CGI interface programming technology; thirdly, transplanted into Boa and disposed the embedded platform as embedded server; finally, designed network service procedure based on the Socket sleeve joint character programming and the multi-thread correspondence mechanism.(5)Experiment test showed that field temperature and video data can be gathered promptly and accurately, transmitted remotely through embedded server and Ethernet, and showed dynamically in browser. In addition, this system has the character of timeliness and stability, satisfying the request of network transmission and remote monitoring. Furthermore, this paper has certain innovation in combining embedded technology, the WEB technology and information examination technology of the sensor, which laid foundation for the following research, developing and function perfecting.
