As people focus on health issues, physical examination organizations have mushroomed all over the country. The traditional physical examination model is unable to meet the growing medical needs, and most of the existing physical examination system only solved the problem of data informationization, but without sharing the information with other systems or any other centers. While network-based and distributed physical examination system can solve all the problems mentioned above. It can greatly improve the various flaws of the old system and productivity.Although many of the software companies designed and developed varied physical examination systems and run these software in various types of physical examination institutions. But, generally, these software are short of functions, especially in meeting the daily business needs of medium and large medical institutions. Most of the current problems facing the physical examination system are as follows:the lack of data sharing mechanism, no intercommunication between a third-party system and the physical examination system, and each physical examination center’s data cannot be synchronized.In this paper, design and implementation of a distributed application examination system starting from the actual work, and it greatly meets the above requirements. In this way it can be applied to all kinds of physical examination institutions and have flexible data sharing with various third-party information systems. Besides, by means of chain model physical examination center, information can be achieved in different centers. Furthermore, the system uses the multi-layer system, in order to laid the foundation of achieving a variety of complex business requirements. Compared with the traditional two or three-layer system, regardless of the system itself or the pressure on the database, the multi-layer system have played a crucial role.In this paper, apart from exploring the current status of physical examination systems, software development tools, frameworks development, databases, business intelligence and other technologies will be introduced. Furthermore, with the combination of software engineering thinking, I will do the system needs analysis, outline design, detailed design, testing and other important work for the system. Firstly, this paper describes significance and importance of research in the introduction, and it will introduce physical examination related to HIS, LIS, PACS and other systems. The introduction of key technologies includes:NET Framework, MVC technology, SSIS technology and Reporting Services technology. In the analysis of requirements, the main part is current problems which combines with the actual situation of physical examination institutions, then analyzing the various functions which need to be achieved, and combing the sort of business processes. In the preliminary design, clearing system framework first, then design software framework and make each of the functional to be modular design which can have an interactive interface with third-party systems. In the detailed design, focusing on detailed implementation process of enumerated card, data synchronization, and the physical examination report. In system testing, concluding unit testing, integration testing and performance testing. Finally, the content of this paper conducted a review and outlook, and summarized the system’s effect in the practical application.
