Along with the improvement of medical technology and people attach more importance to health. The health physical examination is becoming an important part of the hospital service. It can satisfy the different requirements of different hospital, provider effective data sharing among the health physical examination information system and the hospital information systems. Allow the hospital customize the input template and customize the business process. The use of Web Service and the system architecture of client-middleware-database make up for the shortcomings of the large pressure to the database by use the system architecture of client- database. And it is more conducive to integrate the heterogeneous information systems.This thesis discusses the construction of health physical examination information system which includes: a brief introduction to development tool and related technology of the physical examination information system; analysis of the system function requirement; mainly introducing the division of the system function module, the design of the system function module, the design of the data construction, and the achievement of the import modules. And also introduces the solution of the integration and data sharing between physical examination information system and other hospital information systems. Contraposition to the design and achievement course of physical examination system, the principal part of the essay is divided into seven parts: introduction, related technique introduction, system requirements analysis, system preliminary design, system detailed design, system achievement and future prospects. It comprehensive analyzes the system and defines the achievement in the analysis of the system requirement. In system preliminary design, it analyzes the system and establishes the domain model, divides the function modules. In system detailed design, it designs the system using the system sequence diagram and establishes the physical data model. In the section of system achievement, it introduces the mode for the technology implementation, and show some parts of the end-user interface.The physical examination system employs Microsoft .NET platform as the developing tool, ORACLE and SQL Server as the database platforms. The system achieves the basic functions and the requirement of intellect evaluation, and moreover, the physical examination system achieves the data sharing among the hospital information system, the laboratory information system, the radiology information system, and the picture archiving and communications system. The physical examination system has been finished and works well at several hospitals. It has become a good assistant for the hospital to develop the physical examination business and makes the physical examination working more easily.
