With the gradual development of robotics,more and more service robots are applied to people's daily life.In order to solve the problem of bank's heavy business,long waiting time of lining up.This paper designed and developed a complete voice and visual interactive intelligent service robot system for the bank business in the framework of the ROS open source system of the Future Robot hardware platform with the service series of Future robot equipped with Kinect vision sensors and laser sensors.In this paper,the system is designed by using the hardware platform of Future Robot service robot according to the modular method and extensible principle.The system mainly consists of several parts of the banking system client,voice module,face recognition module and path planning and navigation module design.The main work and achievements of the paper are as follows:1)Based on B/S and C/S mixed design mode,J2EE architecture are adopted to design the client of banking system,and then SSH framework is used to develop.The client is divided into three layers:presentation layer,logical layer and data layer,fields,the main foreign key and other content so as to achieve the human-computer interaction with the customers through the client.2)Based on voice cloud of iFLYTEK,a voice module is designed to integrate voice synthesis,voice recognition services and achieve voice interaction with customers.Based on cloud,a face recognition module is designed from technology face recognition,and a face image is obtained through a vision sensor Information,completed the customer's authentication.3)The navigation module is designed under the ROS platform.This design adopts the Navigation Stack Frame and uses the laser sensor to scan the external environment data to create a grid map.After the robot receives the voice signal or the HTTP request,it will find the corresponding semantic node in the semantic layer map,and then will find the coordinate value of the corresponding semantic node in the topology layer.Then the grid map will be transformed into a dissipative map and the robot system will use A*algorithm to complete the path planning,and finally reach the destination.Finally,these modules are integrated to achieve a robot system of voice and visual interactive intelligent service.The experimental results show that the intelligent banking service robot system designed in this paper can carry out the friendly human-computer interaction with the customer and finish the basic business process,speech recognition,face recognition and navigation.In addition,the whole system is achieved in the ROS framework,in strict accordance with the different functions of the modular,so that the system has good scalability,portability and application value.
