Open laboratory is a product of the transformation of traditional experimental teaching in colleges and universities to open teaching, also is the direction of the university laboratory construction, for realizing equilibrium experiment resources in colleges and universities, develops students’ autonomy, initiative, reduce burden of laboratory management has important practical significance. This topic for the current situation of experiment teaching and laboratory management in a university, discusses construction scheme of open laboratory management system, through the project research, in order to realize the experimental teaching and laboratory management informatization and automation.Similar system at first, this paper introduces the research background and research application status, and according to the project application unit of organization function, business flow chart is used to describe the current business problems, based on these problems, the original business process is optimized; And then, on the basis of business process analysis, functional analysis of system, respectively, through the use case diagram and package diagram describes in detail the system function structure, the system function is divided into the experimental management, power management, equipment management, basic data management, system management, and other functional modules.
