News planning is to survive and develop in the debate in the media, by the unanimous praise, Without doubt, the problems arise according to the development of news plan.News plan is a reflection of subjective and initiative about planner to news event what have been happened or will be happen. From the viewpoint of communications, the designs and reports on some important events of media is the reflection of media "gatekeeper" function, which is also the results of media selective "agenda setting" function, but the wantonly development of news plan reflects the change of media audience concept.News plan relies on news events, so news plan must holds on the truthfulness of news events.However, in practice, because of the media or journalists do not have a clear understanding of news planning, or by some interest, there are a lot of news planning dissimilation.In this paper, the author begins with the practical example analysis of news plan from the background and basic connotation of news planning, and sum up of reasons and influences of alienation from the in-depth discussion about three main manifestation of alienation of news plan:planning marriage news, news hype, media companies, reaches the point of news planning alienation is ultimately to deviate from the nature of news authenticity. This paper tries to from this study reaches to the purpose of public make the public has a more rational view to news planning reports, and makes the news planning reports more rational.
