Design And Implementation Of Mobile Phone Card Business System Based On USSD Technology

With the quickening pace of modern life, people increasingly rely on mobile phones, but the appearance of some malicious outbound calls and advertisement calls makes people dare not to answer those calls from unfamiliar numbers. This helps to avoid risks but also filters out some useful calls. The mobile phone card service system supports users to set their own personalized business card information and scene prompt after refusing a call. At the same time, the use of USSD technology in communication realizes that, when the caller initiates a call and triggers the service platform, the system automatically pops up the caller’s personalized business card on the mobile phone screen of the called user, who can then choose to answer or refuse the call. If the call is refused, the system will automatically pop up the called user’s pre-set personalized scene information on the screen of the called mobile phone, for the called user to choose to reply or not.Firstly, this article analyzes the situation and problems of Anhui Unicom in its customer service process, and points out user’s needs. Further, the necessity to develop the Mobile Phone Card Service System based on USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) technology is identified. On this basis, main functions like user registration and cancellation on the system platform, card management and customization, IVR,statistical reports, billing, enterprise information management and and call transfer settings are discussed. Main processes like user scene management, scene self-recording, message interactions between users and system platforms as well as enterprise platforms, and background review are analyzed. Then, the system SOA framework based on distribution is analyzed, and detailed design for subsystems of FVR, USSD message processing are conducted. Based on USSD focuses on the mobile phone card business logic design and the security design of USSD gateway core. Finally.extendibility and investment benefits of the mobile phone business card service system are argued.
