Today has entered the DT era,with the rapid application of various mobile Internet,Internet of things,smart home,e-commerce and other technologies,it has a huge impact on all walks of life.In order to achieve good marketing effect,enterprises must combine their own characteristics to carry out accurate market positioning,with the help of big data analysis to accurately segment customers,at the right time and in the right way.Locations implement personalized marketing strategies for different customers,that is,provide differentiated key services for different customers at key moments,comprehensively improve customer experience,and then improve the marketing efficiency of enterprises.At present,Inner Mongolia Mobile Phone outbound marketing has blind outbound marketing,unable to accurately target customers,resulting in the problem of high operating cost and low customer satisfaction.In order to better serve customers,improve customer perception,and enhance the value of the phone outbound channel,this paper analyzes the application of big data in customer service marketing of other Internet enterprises in China,and the mobile mutual In the era of Internet,precision marketing theory,big data related theory and technology are deeply analyzed and studied.Through system development and integration of existing system resources and capacity expansion,Inner Mongolia big data precision service marketing platform is constructed to accurately understand the dynamic consumption of customers,accurately and timely grasp customer demand,and finally achieve real-time event triggering,dynamic label update and effect.Real time evaluation,channel multi-point trigger big data marketing capabilities.Finally,the platform data is applied to the existing outbound calls,focusing on three kinds of scenarios: precision marketing,early warning retention and business recovery,to improve the accuracy of outbound marketing to a certain extent,and improve the overall operation efficiency while ensuring customer perception.The newly constructed Inner Mongolia big data precision service marketing platform has greatly improved the accuracy of data extraction,but it can not fully realize the intelligent outbound marketing work.Next,it will improve and perfect the data acquisition in other fields besides communication for customers,so as to realize the allround precision marketing for customers.
